Kristen Scudder is the Freight Program Manager at the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), the metropolitan planning agency for the greater Philadelphia region. In this role Kristen works closely with DVRPC member governments, local communities, and private-sector industries to inform and advance transportation projects that support a safer, more efficient freight system that balances the needs of both people and goods movement. Her presentation will focus on the Route 41 and Kennett Square corridors.
